Which cell phone has the largest as well as user-friendly qwerty keyboard (so no on-screen one, like iphone)?

I’m looking for a cell phone with which I can easily and quickly type texts (sometimes I read cell phone reviews in which the small size of the keys are mentioned, of course that’s not what I want). I’d like a physical qwerty keyboard, not like the on-screen iphone keyboard.

Samsung makes a couple of phones that have a rather large slide out keyboard.
They are easy to see and use.
